Bridal Veil Rules for Short Term Rental Tenant Use
- A permanent residential building is required on the property/lot to qualify as a rental. Camping and RV parking are permitted only in association with rental of the residential building.
- No trespassing on private lots, driveways or Common areas.
- Use of Common area trails, lakes, falls and/or streams is restricted to BVA lot owners and the tenants of a LTR and is not extended to STR tenants.
- Occupancy for any lot (both residential buildings and any RVs on the lot) may not exceed twelve (12) individuals at any time.
- Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Noise should not be audible outside the dwellings during quiet hours.
- The number of passenger vehicles that can be parked on a lot must not exceed four (4), including RVs. There is no parking on or along roadways.
- Licensed motor vehicles and bicycles only are permitted on roadways. Cyclists must wear helmets.
- Speed on all roadways must not exceed 20 mph.
- No hunting, harassment or endangering wildlife. Wildlife encounters may be dangerous.
- No rock climbing or rappelling on bluffs or rocks.
- No firearm discharge.
- Fires are restricted to designated fire pits. Tenants must comply with all Burn Permit regulations. Fires are prohibited during declared high fire danger periods or “Burn Ban”.
- No fireworks.
- All pets must be controlled at all times – leashed, electronic device or with fencing.
- No livestock or animals with hooves are permitted in Bridal Veil. Access into Bridal Veil can be obtained through locked gates which requires either a gate code or transmitter. The cost of repairs or replacements incurred due to damage caused to the gates as a result of attempted entry or exit by other methods will be charged back to the responsible owner. The owner is responsible for arranging for all tenants, guests and/or visitors to gain access to Bridal Veil.
